Baby Bump - 22 weeks

Peanut is 11" this week and moving a whole lot more these days. Now I am feeling kicks to the bladder and just behind my belly button. Unfortunately, the maternity pants I bought are too small :( I am now living in sweat pants. Zach is loving coming home to the baby bump, but is looking forward to being able to come home to baby. No names yet. What I like, Zach doesn't like and what Zach likes, I don't like. All in all, we are happy, healthy and growing like a weed everyday. 

Baby Bump - 21 weeks

Baby is growing rapidly. Peanut is suppose to be around 10.5 inches this week. That is a 4 in. increase from last week! I had a doctors appointment, heartbeat was strong.  Baby and Momma are healthy and happy. I haven't been sick in a couple of weeks, I am sleeping better, and now that my stress level is down I am generally a happier person. I have been feeling the baby kick a lot more these days. Mostly at night. Sometimes it wakes me up in the middle of the night and I just lay there in awe of the experience. My clothes are not fitting any more. Luckily last time I was in LA I bought a bunch of maternity clothes, so I have something to wear, but even some of those are starting to get a little tight.
Over all I am doing great, Zach is getting excited about baby and is enjoying seeing me grow into a mother. We are happy, in love, and excited about our stage in life. Toodles.

Baby Sucking Thumb

Baby was moving around so much during the ultra sound, every time the guy snapped a picture it was blurry. He finally captured the above images fairly blurry free. Although, during the process I was experiencing excruciating kidney pain. A half hour after the ultra sound Zach and I decided it was best to go to the emergency room to check out what was going on with my kidney. Three hours in the hospital and it turned out to be nothing. I was exhausted from enduring the pain for so long and had to go home and prepare for the wedding that was happening in 4 days! All in all, I am healthy and most importantly baby is healthy. We finally captured the cute profile of our precious little one, it is so amazing to see our baby's little face! We are going to be surprised about the sex so for now we are calling it the healthy baby, or Peanut!

Baby Bump - 20 weeks

Baby started to kick this week. After I had a glass of wine, the baby was kicking and punching on both sides of my stomach. I think the baby likes wine, just like its daddy!

Now, I am feeling kicking during the day and all through the night. Doctor says it is an active baby and very healthy. I think it is just happy that the wedding is over, or that is just me!

I am finally starting to feel the joy of becoming a mother, life is sweet especially now that I have life inside me! Zach and I are getting really excited to be parents.
